Pet Consultation - Free
At We Heart Pets, we are dedicated to providing the best care for all of our pets and pet parents. To ensure every pet receives a personalized experience that meets all of their needs, we require new clients to schedule a 30-minute in-home consultation.

During the consultation, we’ll visit your home to discuss your pet’s routine, the locations of food and supplies, and confirm property access details. We’ll also take time to discuss any specific needs, including medical requirements, as we provide medication administration at no additional cost.

If scheduling a consultation isn’t possible before your first visit, or if you require same-day booking, please reach out to us.
In these situations, we’ll arrange a brief phone call to review our pet care contract and gather the essential details for your visit. We are also able to accommodate same-day bookings if we have availability.

What’s Included in the Consultation

During this session, we will:

Meet you and your pets at your home

Collect detailed information about your pet’s routine, medical needs, allergies, and preferences.

Take photos of essential items like bowls, leashes, and litter boxes.

Answer your questions and ensure we’re fully prepared to care for your pet.
What We Need Before Care Begins

To ensure the safety and well-being of all pets in our care, we require:

Up-to-date rabies vaccination records for each pet.

A signed Pet Agreement Form (we’ll provide this during the consultation).
First-Time Visits Without a Consultation
​
If you’re unable to schedule a consultation before your first visit, or you need same-day care, we are more than happy to accommodate your requests if we have availability. For first-time appointments without a prior in-person consultation:

A minimum 30-minute visit is required. (This requirement gives our animal care specialists time to locate any essential pet items such as bowls and litter, as well as administering medication if needed.)

We’ll arrange a brief phone call to review our pet care contract and to go over what your pet needs.

We kindly request photographs of all items that are essential to their pet's visit (bowls, leashes, etc.) to be sent to us via email or phone before the visit begins.
