Our Policies:
Cancellation Policy: We maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a booking is not canceled with at least 24-hour notice, there will be a cancellation fee of $5 for standard visits and a $25 fee for overnight visits. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding regarding this policy.
As part of our commitment to providing a safe environment for all pets in our care, we require up-to-date rabies vaccination records for each animal. This helps protect the health and well-being of all of the pets in our care.
A signed Pet Agreement Form is mandatory before any initial visit. Please read our Consultation page for more information.
We require a 1-2 hour window for our bookings to account for traffic and other factors between appointments. If you have a specific time request, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If you notice that our calendar is fully booked or that your preferred time slot is unavailable, please contact us. We will explore all possible options to accommodate you.
